Abstract: Six of eight patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder had an exacerbation of symptoms when given m-chlorophenylpiperazine. Fenfluramine and placebo produced mild improvement. Six patients given intravenous clonidine experienced marked reduction in obsessions.
