Abstract: Pseudomyxoma peritonei is a rare clinical condition that can arise from various primary tumors with different biological behaviors. An intraperitoneal spread of mucus is the characteristic of the disease. Here, we provide images from a rare entity, a pseudomyxoma peritonei arising from urachal mucinous adenocarcinoma.
