Abstract: A male with detected subarachnoid hemorrhage was admitted to our center. During the first angiography, a pulsatile blister aneurysm was revealed and the aneurysm was also noticeably enlarged during the surveillance angiography. The patient accepted balloon-assisted clipping successfully.
