    Abstract:
    Seminal vesiculoscopy is a new technology in uro-andrology developed in recent 10 years, which is a set of clinical operational techniques for observing the ejaculatory duct, seminal vesicle, ampullar region of the vas deferens and their surrounding structure, determining the cause, location and degree of the disease, and accomplishing such treatment procedures as irrigation, resection, incision, fulguration, hemostasis, expansion, drainage, and removal of hematocele, stones or obstruction in the distal seminal duct region. Therefore, it is not only an etiologically diagnostic technique, but also a minimally invasive surgical approach to the management of common diseases of the distal seminal duct region. Seminal vesiculoscopy has irreplaceable advantages of safety, effectiveness, minimal invasiveness, rapid recovery, and few complications. 精道内镜技术是近10余年来出现的1项泌尿男科领域新技术。该技术是指利用口径纤细的内镜及其辅助器械对射精管、精囊、输精管壶腹部及其周围结构进行直接观察,确定发生疾病的原因、部位和程度,而且同时对精道远端区域各类疾病进行相应治疗,包括对精囊、射精管及其周围囊肿的冲洗、切开、烧灼、止血、扩张、引流、清除积血和结石、解除梗阻等一整套临床操作技术。因而,精道内镜技术既是1种对精道远端常见疾病的病因学诊断技术,又是1种针对病因的微创性手术治疗技术。该技术安全、有效、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少,对精道远端疾病诊治具有不可取代的优势。本文就精道内镜技术的发展历史,应用现状和发展趋势进行综述。.
