Abstract: The age— and gender—related signs in 105 injured persons, who died because of combined skeletal trauma, circumstances and character of injuries, causes of death and impact of aggravating factors, were analyzed. There was established, that skeletal trauma have constituted the main cause of death in 10.48% of injured persons only, but as a component of combined injury it aggravates the traumatic disease course and, as a consequence, enhances probability of exitus lethalis.
