    Author: Pasichniy DA.
Journal: Klin Khir; 2016; (11):47-50. PubMed ID: 30265784.
    Abstract:
Exodermotension method for preparation to the wound defects plasty, using composite flaps, in which the necessary tension degree on the wound edges is guaranteed without obstacles for visualization (transparent film coating, knotting adapting sutures etc.) and do not exceed maximal threshold level, was improved. In 5—7 min, while absence of coloring changes in the stretched skin and a "white spot" symptom, the wound edges were additionally fixed, using coverage of a great adhesive force for redistribution of stretching forces on a large square of skin, surrounding the wound. Exodermotension method proposed was applied successfully in 7 patients while preparing them to plasty, using composite flaps
