Author: Peskar BA, Simmet T, Peskar BM, Dembińska-Kieć A.
Journal: Biomed Biochim Acta; 1988; 47(10-11):S1-5. PubMed ID: 3073756.
    Abstract:
Radioimmunoassay is the most widely used method for determination of eicosanoids in biological material. Although this technique is, in principle, simple, radioimmunological data generally require extensive validation procedures. Here some examples for such methods are presented with special emphasis on the determination of cysteinyl-leukotrienes.
