    Abstract:
    The efficacy and safety of co-transplantation of unrelated donor peripheral blood stem cells (UD-PBSCs) combined with umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs) in refractory severe aplastic anemia-Ⅱ(RSAA-Ⅱ) were analyzed retrospectively. Fifteen patients with RSAA-Ⅱ underwent UD-PBSCs and UC-MSCs co-transplantation, among whom 14 cases had hematopoietic reconstitution without severe graft versus-host disease (GVHD). The 5-year overall survival rate was 78.57%. Combination of UD-PBSCs and UC-MSCs transplantation could be a safe and effective option for RSAA-Ⅱ. 回顾性分析无关供者外周血干细胞（UD-PBSCs）联合脐血间充质干细胞（UC-MSCs）共移植治疗难治性重型再生障碍性贫血Ⅱ型（RSAA-Ⅱ）的疗效及安全性。15例RSAA-Ⅱ型患者行UD-PBSCs联合UC-MSCs共移植，其中14例造血重建顺利，未发生重度移植物抗宿主病，移植后5年总体生存率78.57%。UD-PBSCs联合UC-MSCs共移植治疗RSAA-Ⅱ型安全性好，可作为RSAA-Ⅱ型安全有效的治疗选择。.
