Abstract: Our psychopedagogical work with teenagers having serious problems in the school setting led us to set up a clinical approach giving back to thought the ability to link affects and their representations whereas the thought process had seemed exhausted by a never-ending fight to avoid being swallowed up by the primary processes or through representing unbearable phantasms. In our hypothesis, as long as the imaginary can't be represented, it blocks access to any idea of contact. Having contact with works of art, which can serve as models of metamorphosis that has succeeded, seemed, to us, in the concept of a shared dream, as the best way to allows patients to reconnect lost or avoided parts, but from afar.
