    Abstract:
A case of spontaneous peripelvic extravasation is reported and discussed. A 41-year-old woman visited our hospital with the chief complaint of right flank pain. There was tenderness on the right side of the abdomen. Enhanced computed tomographic scan of the kidney showed peripelvic extravasation of right kidney. Single J ureteral catheter was inserted for 7 days. The excretory urogram obtained after its removal showed no extravasation.
