    Abstract:
    Portal vein thrombosis refers to the formation of a thrombus in the trunk of the portal vein and /or its branches due to various causes, and is one of the common complications of cirrhosis. Synthesizing the existing evidence, this paper summaries the cirrhosis with portal vein thrombosis in terms of epidemiology, etiology, pathophysiology, risk factors, definition and classification, clinical manifestations and complications, diagnosis and screening, treatment, follow-up and prognosis, prospects and problems. 门静脉血栓是指由于各种原因所致的门静脉主干和/或其分支的血栓的形成，是肝硬化常见的一种并发症。综合现有证据，从流行病学、病因、病理生理、危险因素、定义及分级分类、临床表现及并发症、诊断及筛查、治疗、随访及预后、展望及存在的问题等几个方面，对肝硬化门静脉血栓症进行综述。.
