Abstract: Uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) is the least invasive available approach for lung cancer resection. Uniportal VATS anatomical resection is feasible and safe, and offers with good outcomes, especially when performed by experienced surgeons. However, sleeve lobectomy is a more challenging procedure and the uniportal VATS approach is rarely reported.
