Abstract: An experience with the treatment of 210 patients with consequences of associated chemical burns of the esophagus and stomach (174 of them were operated on the stomach at early terms after burn for impassability) allowed recommendation of operation with the least risk--shunting interventions on the stomach and esophagus.
