    Abstract:
    A case is described of a 47-year old multipara, presenting with dysuria and frequency. Urinalysis showed pus and Proteus mirabilis infection, and radiography revealed the presence in the bladder of 2 stones joined together by a migrated and entrapped Lippes loop, which had been inserted 14 years previously, after the birth of her 5th child.
