Title: [Metastatic penile tumor from lung cancer: a case report]. Author: Takenawa J, Sasaki M, Ueno Y, Akiyama F. Journal: Hinyokika Kiyo; 1987 Aug; 33(8):1281-4. PubMed ID: 3321962. Abstract: A 70-year-old man, who had squamous cell carcinoma of lung, complained of urethral pain. Physical examination revealed an induration of the bulbous urethra and a month later corpora cavernosa were involved. Biopsy was performed and pathological diagnosis was metastatic penile tumor originating from squamous cell carcinoma of lung. Several days after the biopsy the patient died of pleuritis carcinomatosa. Metastatic penile tumor is a rare disease and only 87 cases have been reported in Japan.
