Abstract: The effect of Nalbuphine on the common bile duct pressure of ten women who had cholecystectomy and common duct exploration for cholelithiasis and choledocholithiasis was studied. In this pilot study, intravenously inject Nalbuphine (20 mg) significantly raised the common duct pressure (P less than 0.01).
