    Abstract:
    There are special tasks to the industrial hygienists and physicians in the surveillance of employees exposed to carcinogenic substances by reason of the "Order of the well-timed perception of tumors". It is necessary to develop arrangements for the estimation of a general or individual cancer risk before tumor manifestation. Measure of the extent of hemoglobin adducts is considered to be the best biological monitoring.
