Abstract: Rowell's syndrome is characterized by an association of lupus erythematosus and erythema multiforme, with distinctive laboratory findings. Its treatment is similar to lupus. We report a 16-year-old female presenting with skin lesions, laboratory and histology consistent with this entity.
