Abstract: Inverted papilloma can be found in the lateral wall of the nose, the ethmoidal sinus, the maxillary sinus, the sphenoidal sinus and the frontal sinus. To our knowledge there are no reports of papillomas with intracranial extension. This case report describes the history of a patient with long-standing inverted papillomas, which eventually grew intracranially.
