Author: Boi S, De Concini M, Detassis C.
Journal: Ann Ophthalmol; 1988 May; 20(5):189-90. PubMed ID: 3408083.
    Abstract:
Mucinous sweat-gland adenocarcinoma is a rare tumor of the eyelid. Fewer than 30 cases have been reported in the literature. We describe the case of a 77-year-old man with a papillomatous lesion of the inner canthus. The lesion was removed, and the histologic examination confirmed the diagnosis of a mucinous sweat-gland adenocarcinoma. After three years, there has been no recurrence or metastasis.
