    Abstract:
    The data on clinical, epidemiological, sociological and immunological studies in 215 schizophrenic patients were statistically processed across the stages of their hospital pharmacotherapy and remissions. The authors discuss the nature of interrelations and composition of elements in involved systems of clinical, immunological and social factors which simulate the integrative mechanisms of development of the clinico-immunological relations in the natural history of the malignant, progressive and sluggish schizophrenia.
