Abstract: In the serological tests 45.9% of all samples reacted positive against rota virus. 20.8% of samples revealed Entamoeba histolytica positive sera, 25% Shigella flexneri positive sera, 12.3% Shigella sonnei and 13% Shigella dysenteriae positive sera.
