    Abstract:
    Two predictive indices for independent prognosis of the risks of circulatory insufficiency, stage IIA and more, and composite ventricular arrhythmias (grades 3-5 in Lown's classification), developing within 2 years after myocardial infarction, have been identified in a sample of 209 post-myocardial infarction males. The incidence of each complication varies between 0 in the lowest risk group with reference to the respective index and 80-90% in the highest risk group. All fatal cases were designated as the highest risk group.
