Abstract: Mediastinal arterio-venous haemangiomas are rare benign vascular tumours. To the best of our knowledge, very few cases of mediastinal arterio-venous haemangiomas have ever been reported. Herein, we report about a 55-year-old woman who presented to our hospital with a mass in the right posterior mediastinum. The tumour was successfully resected via video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, and further pathological analysis confirmed the mass to be an arterio-venous haemangioma.
