    Abstract:
    ETV6基因重排鼻腔鼻窦低度恶性非肠型腺癌非常罕见，是一种原发于鼻腔鼻窦的低度恶性上皮源性肿瘤。本病发病年龄广泛，临床症状及影像学表现不典型，临床易漏诊或误诊为鼻息肉。本文报道1例64岁男性ETV6基因重排鼻腔鼻窦低度恶性非肠型腺癌，临床表现为鼻出血，鼻内镜示中鼻道新生物，镜下形态温和，肿瘤细胞呈密集背靠背腺管状及筛状、局部乳头状排列，免疫组织化学S-100蛋白、GCDFP15、SOX10、细胞角蛋白7均阳性，荧光原位杂交示ETV6基因重排阳性，术后随访9个月无复发，示惰性生物学行为。.
