Title: Paranasal sinusitis, orbital abscess, and inflammatory tumors of the orbit. Author: Reidy JJ, Giltner J, Apple DJ, Anderson RL. Journal: Ophthalmic Surg; 1987 May; 18(5):363-6. PubMed ID: 3601343. Abstract: We present the clinical, radiological, and histopathological findings from a case of unilateral inflammatory mass of the right orbit, originating in the ipsilateral paranasal sinuses. Early diagnosis combined with appropriate therapeutic measures is essential in order to prevent adverse consequences, which can include severe visual loss.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
