    Author: Chilla R.
Journal: HNO; 1987 Jun; 35(6):250-1. PubMed ID: 3624012.
    Abstract:
Histoacryl is a tissue adhesive formerly often used for duraplasty. Complications due to infection caused by Histoacryl application to the frontal and lateral base of the skull are demonstrated by 3 examples. These complications occurred after a symptom-free interval of several years and consisted of therapy-resistent fistulae, chronic sinusitis and of an otogenic meningitis.
