Title: A review of the effects of levamisole on erythrocyte sedimentation rate, acute phase proteins, and anemia. Author: Sany J. Journal: J Rheumatol Suppl; 1978; 4():43-7. PubMed ID: 366142. While there is a correlation between ESR decrease and clinical improvement, in a few patients ESR remains unchanged in spite of a good clinical result. A decrease of acute phase proteins and an increase in hemoglobin and hematocrit have also been reported with levamisole.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
