Title: Cardiac tamponade in the early postpartum period as the presenting and predominant manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus. Author: Averbuch M, Bojko A, Levo Y. Journal: J Rheumatol; 1986 Apr; 13(2):444-5. PubMed ID: 3723505. Abstract: Pericarditis is a common manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), however, tamponade seems to be extremely rare.
