PubMed ID: 3752849. Abstract: We report a case of a patient who underwent bilateral cataract extractions under local anesthesia. In both operations, the patient developed signs, symptoms, and laboratory data consistent with the syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone.
