    宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变（HSIL）属于鳞状细胞癌（SCC）的癌前病变，好发于中青年女性，通常与高危型人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）感染相关。子宫内膜鱼鳞癣病罕见，好发于老年绝经后女性，与长期慢性炎症刺激有关。罕见情况下，以上两种病变共存并有关联。本文报道1例发生于59岁绝经后女性患者的宫颈HSIL，合并子宫内膜鱼鳞癣病伴HSIL，宫颈及宫腔上、下病变连续，子宫内膜伴微小浸润性SCC。.
