Abstract: Mebicar therapy resulted in a reduction of the degree of deficient disorders of thinking in 27 of 50 patients with paranoid schizophrenia and normalization of indices of mental working capacity, attention and memory, shortening of the time of visual-motor disjunctive reaction in 50 patients with borderline states.
