Abstract: Vascular anomalies, broadly classified as nonmalignant tumors and malformations, consist of a multitude of disorders that have a wide range of symptoms and complications as well as overlapping clinical, radiologic, and histologic findings. Although usually difficult, distinguishing between nonmalignant vascular tumors and malformations, as well as the precise diagnosis within these distinctions, is critical because prognosis, therapy, and chronicity of care vary greatly.
