Title: Innovation in Nurse Staffing Models: Implementing a Tele-Critical Care Nurse Program in a Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. Author: Swink K, Berris M, King S, Frame S, Munoz R, Magallon AL. Journal: AACN Adv Crit Care; 2023 Dec 15; 34(4):334-342. PubMed ID: 38033215. In addition to virtual surveillance, a clinical bedside intervention was developed to provide hands-on assistance to bedside nurses. This article describes the evolution of this novel technique for enhancing nursing care delivery.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
