Abstract: The prevalence of intestinal helminthiasis is measured by means of stool examinations. Larvae of S. stercoralis are seen in 9.8% of the specimens, eggs of A. lumbricoides in 51.4%, eggs of T. trichiura in 85.2% and eggs of N. americanus in 64.1%.
