Title: Rectal hemorrhage from ulcerated appendiceal stump nine years after appendectomy. Report of a case. Author: Choi DY, Yuh JN, Reid JD. Journal: Dis Colon Rectum; 1985 Jun; 28(6):454-6. PubMed ID: 3874050. Abstract: Significant lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage from an ulcerated appendiceal stump after remote uncomplicated appendectomy is reported.
