Title: Pattern of the primary and secondary antibody responses elicited by TNP-LPS in mice. Author: Huchet R. Journal: Int Arch Allergy Appl Immunol; 1985; 76(2):182-4. PubMed ID: 3967945. Abstract: Trinitrophenylated lipopolysaccharide (TNP-LPS) at high doses (30 micrograms) induces thymus-independent IgM and IgG anti-TNP responses. At low doses (0.3 microgram) it elicits only an IgM anti-TNP response. TNP-LPS primes for a secondary response of IgG type only when given at high doses (30 micrograms): this response is thymus dependent.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
