PubMed ID: 4003954. Abstract: Fifty children with acute diarrhoea, in which the only germ found in stools was Campylobacter fetus jejuni, are studied. Digestive complications occurred are discussed. Nine (18%) had lactose malabsorption, associated in two (4%) with saccharose malabsorption and in one (2%) with cow's milk protein intolerance.
