Abstract: Two cases of colothoracic fistulae are reported. The first one is secondary to pulmonary actinomycosis, the second to complicated colic diverticulitis. The etiologies of colothoracic fistulae are multiple and can be divided in intrathoracic or intraabdominal origin.
