  • Title: [PQ interval and pre-excitation syndrome in direct fetal electrocardiogram--fetal Lown-Ganong-Levine (LGL) syndrome].
    Author: Wunderlich M.
Journal: Zentralbl Gynakol; 1985; 107(11):697-9. PubMed ID: 4040689.
    Abstract:
Preexcitation syndromes are rare disturbances of the atrioventricular excitation transmission in direct fetal electrocardiograms. As example we report on a fetal Lown-Ganong-Levine (LGL)-syndrome. This is to differentiate from the Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW)-syndrome, which is possible by typical changes in the QRS-complex. Possibly the short PQ-interval in the fetal electrocardiogram is functional, but needs postnatal control.
