    Abstract:
    Antitumorigenic effect of Nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton (N-CWS) was evaluated by its ability to prevent splenomegaly induced by Friend leukemia virus (FLV) in C3H/HeN mice. Pretreatment with N-CWS significantly inhibited the splenomegaly as evidenced by the lack of increase in spleen weight but N-CWS given after FLV inoculation had no effect.
