    Abstract:
    A study was made of the effect of interrupted EMF SW of 500 and 250 V/m on endocrine glands of male rats. The following changes were noted: activation of neurosecretion in hypothalamus, inhibition of adrenocorticotropic and gonadotropic functions of hypophysis and adrenal cortex, degenerative and dystrophic changes in testes. The observed disorders were aggravated as the intensity of the field and duration of exposure increased.
