Title: [The microcirculatory bed and its functional reserves in patients with hypertension]. Author: Kozlovskiĭ VI, Polonetskiĭ LZ. Journal: Ter Arkh; 1985; 57(12):67-70. PubMed ID: 4089771. Abstract: In patients with hypertension disorders of the microcirculatory bed and oxygen supply of tissues progress with relation to disease stage. Clofelin therapy by courses resulted in a recovery of the functional properties of microvessels in patients with Stage I disease and their improvement in patients with Stage IIA-III disease. The use of trental in patients with Stage IIA and Stage IIB disease decreased pathological changes in microvessels, limited erythrocyte aggregation in them and enhanced potentialities of the microcirculatory bed in oxygen supply of tissues.[Abstract] [Full Text] [Related] [New Search]
