    Abstract:
    Based on an analysis of observation of 176 children with compressive fractures of vertebral bodies the authors consider the method of "evolutionary physical culture" in children with stable compressive fractures of vertebral bodies to be more physiological, convenient and endurable for patients. Most of the children followed up in the remote period (up to 6 years) showed a complete recovery of the structure and form of the injured vertebrae.
