Abstract: Gilbert's syndrome is a benign disorder characterized by intermittent hyperbilirubinemia. Jaundice is provoked by anorexia and fever, conditions associated with acute abdominal illnesses. Three cases of Gilbert's syndrome and acute appendicitis are presented.
