PubMed ID: 489899. Abstract: Advantages of the extracapsular extraction for implantation of Binkhorst's iridocapsular lens. Description of the surgical procedure; its indications and contre indications. Analysis of the results of 131 operations. The follow up of 120 patients exceeded six months. 84% of the patients have a visual acuity higher than 10/20.
