Abstract: A girl had repeated episodes of widespread osteolysis, subcutaneous fat necrosis, and periarticular fat necrosis mimicking arthritis. Her symptoms persisted for 4 years, after in initial episode of severe abdominal pain, and were accompanied by only minor abdominal symptoms.
