    Abstract:
    Separation of nucleoprotein fraction of lung tissue in experimental berylliosis on Sephadex G-75 permitted to demonstrate two additional peaks within the range of molecular weights from 3000 to 70,000 as well as a considerably large fraction of high molecular weight peptides with molecular weight less than or equal to 3000 which was completely absent in the control but occurred also in the respective fraction from lung tissue in experimental silicosis.
