Abstract: It is reported on a 24-year-old nullipara, who came to be operated with the diagnosis of perforated extrauterine gravidity. It was the question of the perforation of a gravid uterus bicornis with missing connection of the gravid horn to the cervical channel. The importance of an early diagnosis of uterus malformations is pointed out.
