Abstract: Two siblings have various congenital malformations due to the teratogenic effect of anticonvulsant drugs. Their mother has a 14-year history of continuous anticonvulsant medication. The malformations noted in the older girl are less and in the 8 years younger sister more extensively developed as well as in the fetal hydantoin syndrome.
